I used to be broke... like really broke.

$45k-$50k a year broke with over $100,000 in bad debt.

But something changed inside of me wayyyyy back in 2014.

Although I grew up blue collar and as a pastor's son, I didn't want to live my life as "status quo" financially forever.

(Meaning I didn't want to be middle class, having to work my entire life to pay for my liabilities. Can anyone relate?)

So I made some serious changes, cleaned my finances up, and made the greatest decision of my life...to start investing in real estate.

Why?

Well, real estate has been making people rich since the beginning of humanity, so I figured it'd work for me too.

What do you know... I was right.

I purchased my first two rental properties in the summer and fall of 2018.

I was absolutely PUMPED!!

Thought I was the coolest thing since sliced bread.

The only problem was, I had used every last dime I had to lock those two properties up, which meant now I couldn't go buy more. 

I had to figure something out if I wanted to continue growing my real estate portfolio, and that is when I discovered my solution...

Implementing the strategies I am teaching in this training allowed me to scale from 2 properties to over 20 in less than three years...

And created an additional 6-figures in income per year.

And the craziest part of it all??

....it turned my wife and I (just some country bumpkins from South Carolina) into multi-millionaires by the age of 30.
